From Micro-Metakit's original ad:
The Austrian 110 Class 2-6-2 steam locomotive was one of the most exquisite locomotives of its time. It was designed by the famous Austrian locomotive builder Karl Gölsdorf. He also designed the famous Austrian 310 which Micro-Metakit will produce in the future.
The prototype featured a sloped boiler and angled up pistons. It was used for express service on mountainous terrain. During World War Two, when Germany occupied Austria, the Deutsche Reichsbahn created the BR35 class of locomotive from the Austrian 110. Engines were renumbered and painted in the black and red livery of the DRG. Micro-Metakit will produce five versions of the Austrian 110.
The model of the 110 is handmade in brass with replicated four cylinder drive, brushless ironless "Faulhaber" motor, full cab interior, boiler hatch opens with full boiler details. This model features too many technical and optical details to list.
