This HO Brass Western Pacific M-80 Class 2-6-6-2 #201, 206, crafted by Samhongsa Models of Korea for Key Imports in 1982, is a rare gem. Designed to conquer the challenging Sierra Nevada Feather-River route, these heavy steam locomotives powered trains through steep curves with strength. Only 65 units were produced, making this all-brass model exceptionally scarce. Stored carefully in its original box since new, it shows minimal tarnish and some red stain but no damage to the brass finish. The model runs smoothly and retains all original detail with no wheel wear. Complete with original packaging, this near-mint piece is a standout addition for any collector.

• Unpainted original condition
• This model is in "Excellent" overall condition. According to the info available, this run came factory painted. However, it looks like a small handful were imported unpainted; this would be one of the rare unpainted version. Please see photos.
• Track-tested and runs well. On a scale of 1-10, where 1 is quiet, we'd rate the running noise level at 4.
• Original foam has been discarded.  Will be packed well with small bubble wrap
